Teach for Ghana, a Non-Governmental Organization in Ghana has assured students of the three Northern Regions of the organisation’s plans to ensure quality teaching and learning across the country.
Teach for Ghana is currently operating in the Northern Region and Ghana as a whole to train teachers for basic schools.
Addressing the students of Northern School of Business in Tamale of the Northern Region of Ghana on March 16, 2018, a Fellows of Teach for Ghana, Mr. Vincent Dadzie advised the students to study hard so as to enjoy scholarships home and abroad to further their education.
He indicated that there are over one hundred and forty-three scholarship programmes in the country which students can benefit from after a successful completion of Senior High Schools. The programme is at motivating students across to learn irrespective of the environment they found themselves.
Mr. Dadzie explains that most people complete SHS but have not gotten access to tertiary education which normally retards the academic records of our youth in the country. ‘’At the end of your examination, we will want you to contact us so we give you all the direction and necessary steps to apply for those scholarships’’. In his submission, he advised candidates to visit www.motivationtolearn.wordspress.com to apply for the scholarship programmes both at home and abroad.
He therefore urged students across the country to make good use of their time as it is paramount in the life of every individual.
